Personal Coaching
Starting this fall, I have taken on a small group of runners to coach on an ongoing basis.
The reason for this is that I have found in the past year that I was not able to spend the time necessary with some runners during the Boot Camp that would like individual direction on a weekly or even daily basis. With this new coaching option, I can create a changing training plan based on the athlete's family/work schedule and based on the exact progress being made. We will be able to work together to optimally improve your fitness level.
